"Support got back but took a while"
My Discovery+ account wasnt loading properly, so I reached out to customer support. They did eventually reply, and the person who helped me was nice enough, but it took almost 2 days to hear back, which felt slow.
Once they got to me, the fix was simple and it worked right away. I just wish the first response had been quicker, especially when youre paying for the service. It wasnt awful, but it wasnt great either, so 3 stars feels about right

"Canceling was way more annoying than it should’ve been"
The shows themselves were good, so no major complaints there. But the billing side was frustrating. I thought I had canceled, then still got charged, and it felt like one of those policy loopholes where the cancellation only counts if you do everything exactly the way they want. I had to reach out to support to get it fixed. To be fair, they did sort it out eventually, but it took longer than I expected and was more hassle than it needed to be...
"So... I still can’t get into my account"
So... I tried getting the app to work on my older Samsung TV since it says it’s supported, but it just wouldn’t load properly. Then I switched to my laptop and tried logging in there, but it kept telling me my account couldn’t be found. I reset my password twice and still got nowhere. The support page just kept sending me around in circles, so the whole thing ended up wasting my evening

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I kind of regret signing up before reading more reviews. The shows are just okay, but for the monthly price, it doesn’t feel like you’re getting enough. I barely open it anymore, so I’m probably going to cancel soon.
"The exclusives are... fine, I guess"
I really wanted to like the exclusives more, and I guess there are a couple of decent ones, but overall they just didn’t do much for me. Most of them felt kind of weak and a bit boring.

"Works great on my TV and phone"
I’ve been using discovery+ for a while now, it’s been really solid for me. The app runs smoothly on both my TV and my phone, episodes load fast, and it barely ever buffers. It also actually remembers where I left off, which sounds basic but is ridiculously nice when you’re jumping between devices. No real complaints so far.

"Discovery+ has been working well for..."
Discovery+ has been working well for me overall, and I can still watch my shows without much trouble. The ads just feel like they pop up more often than I expected. They’re not the worst, but I’m a little worn out from every streaming service having some kind of catch now. Still usable, just a bit much sometimes...

My brother told me to give it a try, and it’s been great on my TV. Everything streams smoothly with no buffering at all
